Luke is a family man and self-confessed sports tragic. Most of Luke’s weekends are spent taxiing the kids from one sporting event to the next whether it be footy, basketball or cricket, with the little bit of personal time saved for the odd round of golf or a quick look at the horse races.
Luke is passionate about building strong culture-based teams and placing the customer at the centre of everything he does which makes Edgewise an excellent fit given our long history of driving excellent customer outcomes.

In his role, Andrew works closely with clients to tailor insurance and risk solutions and is focused on providing support to his team to ensure clients receive the highest level of service.

In his spare time, Xavier enjoys anything that gets him outdoors. He is an avid hiker, camper, and scuba diver.

With a focus on high-net-worth clients, Jenny leads the Private Clients team at Edgewise, working with clients and underwriters to tailor policies to suit our client’s individual requirements and negotiate the best solutions to protect their personal assets. Jenny specialises in insuring high value homes, valuables, collections and other personal assets including prestige motor vehicles, investment properties, and holiday homes.
