Ben brings over 13 years of experience in the general insurance industry, having worked across both claims and broking roles with Willis before joining Edgewise in 2009. Since then, he has progressed from Account Executive to Account Director, building deep expertise in servicing SME businesses across a diverse range of industries.

Ben is known for his strategic insight and client-focused approach, consistently delivering tailored insurance solutions that support business resilience and growth. His commitment to the industry is reflected in his seven-year tenure on the NIBA Young Professionals Committee, including two years as Chair, where he championed professional development and industry engagement among emerging insurance leaders.
